BEC SS3, St Jude
BEC SS3, St Jude, is made up of 24 families and homes. However, only 15 of that number are actively participating in our activities. Those families who are less active participate with other churches for praise and worship sessions. The average age of active BEC participants is 60 years. We are older but that does not mean we are boring!!! Most of us are already committed by serving the parish through the ministries.
Other than monthly gatherings and Christmas celebrations, we also contribute back to society by involving ourselves with the needy. We frequently conduct home visits especially to ‘Rumah Kasih’ Girls’ Home as it is within the vicinity. This home is currently being run by the Community Service Foundation.
