Individuals who have been baptised, confirmed or married in our church may request for a copy of these records to be extracted.
To request an extraction a record, individuals must complete and submit the Requisition Form to the Parish Office. The form must be completed to allow for a search of the church's records to be made.
Please note that there will be a nominal fee of RM2.00 for an extraction of a certificate.
